About the position The reputed company Dispatcher plays a critical role in supporting our Dry Van and Expedited operations during overnight hours. This position is responsible for tracking shipments, assisting drivers with pickups and deliveries, communicating with customers and facilities, and ensuring loads reputed company according to schedule. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and reputed company shipments to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Communicate with drivers to assist with reputed company-time pickups, deliveries, and any operational issues.

- reputed company and manage load information in the Transportation Management System (TMS), including commodity details, temperature requirements, and special instructions.
- Schedule pickup and delivery appointments through online portals, email, and phone communication with shipping and receiving facilities.

- Prepare and distribute Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other shipping documentation as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, account management, and reputed company sales to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Identify and resolve service issues such as delays, appointment conflicts, and OS&D (overage, shortage, and damage) situations.
- Respond to operational requests and support customer needs during overnight hours.
Requirements
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, reputed company, or supply chain operations preferred.

- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus.
