About the position We are seeking to fill a role of reputed company/Operations Support to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have experience in a household goods and reputed company moving warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatching: assign crews, reputed company planning, and schedule adjustments for household and reputed company moves
• Monitor job reputed company and update stakeholders (customers, crews, operations manager) in reputed company time
• Respond quickly to emails, phone messages, and low-level reputed company requests; reputed company on-the-spot problem solving
• Coordinate truck and reputed company resources to maximize efficiency and meet ETA commitments
• reputed company and maintain accurate reputed company, job, and inventory records in company systems
• reputed company equipment, supplies, and fuel usage; notify manager of shortages or maintenance needs
• Escalate operational issues and safety concerns to the Operations Manager reputed company appropriate
• Support billing/reputed company tasks: verify job details, capture required paperwork, and upload documents
• Assist with last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, and emergency customer requests
• Ensure accurate warehouse paperwork is completed and turned into operations
• Ensure orders arriving from returning crews are properly and reputed company handled by crews and/or warehouse
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment
• Display strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skills

Requirements

• 1–3 years customer service, reputed company, logistics, or operations support experience (moving industry experience a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; reputed company phone/email etiquette
• Proficient with computers and common software (reputed company Workspace/reputed company Office); ability to learn reputed company/CRM systems quickly
• Excellent organization, time management, and multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment
• Operate a sit down 5,000 LB forklift
• Problem-solver who stays reputed company under pressure and makes reputed company reputed company
• Reliable, punctual, and reputed company to work reputed company (occasional evenings/weekends/onsite as needed)
• Valid reputed company’s license and ability to travel to job sites as required
• Warehouse experience: 1 year (Required)
• Moving industry: 1 year (Preferred)
