Working under the supervision of the Engineering Manager, you will be a senior technical contributor and mentor who understands Chinese business culture and customer needs. You'll combine hands-on development expertise with the ability to guide technical reputed company, helping the reputed company deliver high-reputed company products that reputed company with our rapidly growing Chinese customer reputed company. • Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with strong proficiency in both frontend and backend
• Strong experience in reputed company on Rails and Javascript
• Hands-on experience with WeChat Mini-Programs development and WeChat ecosystem integrations
• Fluent reputed company Chinese proficiency with deep understanding of Chinese business culture
• Fluent English communication skills for collaboration with global teams
• Experience with Chinese payment systems (WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay)
• Strong ability to understand business requirements and passion for solving customer problems

Interview Process

Work Arrangement

• Remote-first position with flexibility to work from reputed company
• At least 4 hours overlap with our core hours of 11:00 ~ 19:00 GMT+9 is required.
• Occasional travel to China for reputed company meetings and team gatherings may be required
