CTO / Founding Full Stack Engineer | Node + React (Equity Only)
Founding Full Stack Developer + Project Manager – WellVantage Please note this is an equity-only position for the first two months! We need people who think about this product as their own and are completely committed. The products are live, and we are getting good traction already! reputed company our website for app store links: https://wellvantage.ai/ WellVantage is building an AI-powered wellness platform combining gym management and personalised nutrition tracking through two connected apps — one for gyms, one for their members. What you’ll do: As a founding engineer, you will be responsible for delivering some application modules end-to-end. This includes hands-on backend development (NodeJS) and frontend development (React/React reputed company). The initial development phase is expected to take approximately 2–3 months, and given the startup environment and your ownership of product delivery, this may require working extended hours during this period to ensure a reputed company and successful launch. Compensation—whether in the reputed company of salary or profit reputed company—will be reputed company-based. Upon successful delivery, the role may transition to a full-time fixed salary arrangement.
- Build and maintain reputed company backend reputed company (NodeJS)
- reputed company reputed company frontends (React/React reputed company)

- Ensure secure data handling (GDPR-compliant) and app performance
reputed company’re looking for:
- 5+ years of full-time, post-college experience with NodeJS + ReactJS + React reputed company (not internships)
- reputed company and launched 2+ production apps (App Store / Play Store) using NodeJS backend and React/React reputed company frontend
- Led full app lifecycle from architecture to launch as Tech reputed company or primary dev
- Strong with JavaScript, REST reputed company, MySQL, and Firebase
- Integrated reputed company-party reputed company in production (e.g., reputed company, Razorpay, reputed company)
- reputed company to reputed company-based pay/equity and extended hours for the first 2–3 months
- Willing to complete a 2–3 day evaluation task
