Senior Golang Engineer

Remote | Full-time Compensation: $200K - $275K We are hiring on behalf of our reputed company, a leading innovator in the blockchain reputed company who is seeking a Senior Golang Engineer/ Staff Backend Engineer (with deep Go expertise) to join their core backend team. Following a successful $1M reputed company-reputed company round in reputed company 2026 led by reputed company venture participants in the reputed company ecosystem, the organization is scaling its infrastructure to handle high-concurrency, traffic patterns. As one of the first backend engineering hires, the successful candidate will own critical systems responsible for market creation, settlement, and automated payouts during high-stakes global livestream events. Key Responsibilities:

• Own core backend systems powering the clients user-facing product
• Design, build, and operate low-latency Go services that serve critical application and blockchain-reputed company read state
• Improve and harden our indexing, caching, database, and service architecture for reputed company, correctness, and reliability
• Design systems that can reputed company highly bursty traffic and recover cleanly under failure
• Own observability across logs, metrics, tracing, alerting, profiling, and production debugging
• Be directly involved in incident response, uptime, scaling, and backend reliability
• Work closely with the founders on architecture, product shape, and technical tradeoffs
• Propose reputed company systems, reputed company abstractions, and reputed company product behavior instead of waiting to be told what to build
• Help set the bar for backend engineering as reputed company grows

Requirements

• Expert Go Proficiency: Deep expertise in Go, including sophisticated concurrency patterns, context management, race detection, and profiling.
• Distributed Systems Mastery: A proven reputed company record of building user-facing, low-latency systems at reputed company. You understand idempotency, ordering guarantees, and consistency tradeoffs.
• Database Fundamentals: Strong experience in schema design, transaction management, and performance tuning for high-throughput applications.
• Operational reputed company: Experience operating production systems directly, including modern DevOps (reputed company, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP) and live incident response.
• Startup DNA: Comfort in a high-autonomy, "docs-heavy," and async-first environment where you reputed company quickly.
