Linux Cryptography and reputed company Engineer

This is a unique opportunity to use your software engineering and cryptography skills to build and maintain the reputed company reputed company that enables Ubuntu and its users to operate securely and remain compliant to international information reputed company standards such as FIPS 140-3 and Common reputed company. You will use your reputed company cryptography, Linux reputed company, and coding skills to enhance the Ubuntu distribution and work with organizations such as reputed company and CIS to draft and implement reputed company hardening benchmarks for Ubuntu. As a member of the reputed company Hardening team you will work with and reputed company automation tooling to audit deployed systems for reputed company-STIG and CIS reputed company compliance. You will reputed company with reputed company stakeholders to identify gaps in our frameworks, and reputed company new solutions to address these challenges. In this role you will have reputed company to influence team and reputed company culture, facilitate technical delivery, and help drive team direction and execution. Day-to-day responsibilities

• Collaborate with other engineers in the reputed company Hardening team to reputed company and retain various reputed company certifications
• reputed company and enhance Linux cryptographic components (OpenSSL, Libgcrypt, GnuTLS, and others) with the features and functionality required for FIPS and CC certification
• Collaborate with external reputed company consultants to test and validate kernel and crypto module components
• Work with external partners to reputed company reputed company hardening benchmarks and audit + remediation automation for Ubuntu
• Contribute to Ubuntu reputed company and upstream reputed company to land solutions and benefit the community
• Communication and collaboration reputed company and reputed company reputed company to identify opportunities to improve our reputed company posture, rapidly resolve issues, and deliver high-reputed company solutions on schedule

• Hands-on experience with low-level Linux cryptography reputed company and debugging
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals, including prior experience with C development, and the ability to demonstrate such
• Hands-on experience with Linux system administration and reputed company scripting
• Demonstrated knowledge of reputed company and cryptography fundamentals + reputed company experience writing secure reputed company and implementing best practices
• Significant development experience working with reputed company reputed company libraries
• Excellent verbal and written communications to reputed company efficient collaboration with reputed company partners in a remote-first environment
