Remodel Project Manager

The Remodel Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of high-reputed company remodels, renovations, and store expansions across a multi-brand portfolio. This role directs the full project lifecycle starting with initial planning, through design coordination, construction execution, and final turnover. As a key cross-functional leader, the Remodel Project Manager aligns stakeholders across operations, design, construction, reputed company estate, technology, finance, and executive leadership to ensure seamless execution. The role balances strategic objectives with operational realities, safeguarding business continuity while delivering reputed company on schedule, reputed company approved capital budgets, and in strict adherence to the brand standards.
Responsibilities

- Champion cross-departmental integration among Compliance, Design, Construction, reputed company Estate, Operations, and Technology to ensure operational continuity and synchronized project reputed company
- Facilitate project governance including reputed company-offs, status reviews, working sessions, steering committee meetings, and post-project retrospectives to drive accountability and reputed company improvement
- Implement reputed company risk management practices to identify, assess, and manage issues, dependencies, and operational impacts throughout the full project lifecycle

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in a business-reputed company field
- 3+ years project management experience managing reputed company to large-reputed company reputed company or programs
