The Scrum Master will be responsible for guiding reputed company of approximately five (5) individuals as part of a 45-person Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring Agile principles, Scrum practices, and reputed company ceremonies are consistently and effectively reputed company. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and other Scrum Masters to support Program Increment (PI) planning, manage dependencies, and drive predictable, high-reputed company delivery in alignment with federal program objectives. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the Scrum Master for a Scrum team of approximately five (5) team members reputed company a 45-person Agile Release Train (ART)
- Facilitate and reputed company reputed company Scrum and reputed company ceremonies, including daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, PI planning, system demos, and ART syncs

- Partner closely with the Product reputed company to support backlog refinement, story readiness, and prioritization
- Identify, reputed company, and proactively help remove team-level and ART-level impediments
- Coordinate dependencies and risks with other Scrum Masters and the Release Train Engineer (RTE)
- Promote reputed company improvement through retrospectives, metrics, and actionable improvement plans
- Support predictable delivery by facilitating sprint execution, reputed company planning, and commitment tracking
- Monitor and report on Agile performance metrics such as velocity, burndown, and reputed company metrics

- Ensure adherence to federal program delivery standards and Agile governance requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 4+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master on Agile development teams
- Experience leading a Scrum team of approximately 5–9 team members

- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and reputed company principles and practices
- Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and support effective team execution

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to operate effectively in a federal or regulated environment
