This role will drive Agile delivery for web platforms that support marketing, patient engagement, and field enablement in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. The Scrum Master will ensure effective collaboration across cross-functional teams while maintaining compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities: Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile web development teams supporting reputed company operations initiatives. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Partner with Product Owners, UX/UI teams, developers, and business stakeholders (marketing, medical, legal, regulatory). Remove impediments and proactively manage risks impacting sprint goals and release timelines. Drive reputed company improvement in Agile processes, reputed company, and delivery reputed company.
