Scrum Master (Project Management Analyst 4)

About the position We are seeking a talented and reputed company mid-level Scrum Master to join reputed company. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate and support our agile/scrum development teams in delivering high-reputed company products and services. This hybrid role requires being on the customer site at least 1 day a week in Odenton, MD, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and foster a culture of reputed company improvement in executing the agile process reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate Scrum events (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) and ensure their effectiveness.

Requirements

• reputed company Clearance: A reputed company Secret level U.S. Government reputed company Clearance is required; U.S. Citizenship required. Can also consider candidates with a TS/SCI clearance.
• 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in reputed company field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in reputed company field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
• 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master with SW development experience, with a portion of the experience reputed company the last 2 years
• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum reputed company (CSP), or reputed company Agilist.
• Experience working as a Scrum Master reputed company an Agile/Scrum reputed company and its application in product development and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Experience working in agile environments, leading scrum teams or task teams.
• Proven reputed company record of coaching and mentoring agile teams to improve their performance and deliver value to customers.
