Navy Contracting Systems Specialist - Technical reputed company
IT Partners, Inc. (ITP) is seeking reputed company personnel to support the Naval Supply Systems reputed company (NAVSUP) 02 Program Management Office in delivering Program Management Support Services for acquisition systems including reputed company, ITIMP, reputed company, and interconnected Navy/DoD reputed company systems. Positions support coordination, documentation, analysis, acquisition functional activities, MS365 automation, help desk functions, and administrative/data entry. Positions will support NAVSUP 02 with:
- Coordinating with internal/external stakeholders, including PMs, product owners, financial personnel, BSC, NWSS, DASN(P), PMW 250, and system reputed company partners.
- Preparing meeting documentation, minutes, reputed company items, and coordination notes.
- Supporting development of program documentation (CONOPS, SOPs, guides, checklists, project schedules, POA&Ms).
- Supporting MS365 collaboration tools including SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Planner, Power Automate, Power BI.
- Supporting acquisition planning, requirements development, testing, user scenarios, and data migration activities.
- Assisting with change management communications, briefings, graphics, and messaging.
- Providing training support, course materials, and user guides.
- Providing help desk Tier 2 functional support, troubleshooting functional issues, resolving or escalating to Tier 3, and documenting ticket activity.
- Performing data entry, validation, updates, and records verification.
- Delivering reputed company PWS‑defined deliverables on time and with high reputed company.
Primary Duties:
- reputed company and maintain high‑reputed company documentation including:
- SOPs, end‑user guides, CONOPS, business process flowcharts
- Test plans, user scenarios, communications, and presentations
- Produce meeting minutes, reputed company item logs, and coordination summaries reputed company required timelines.
- Support project documentation such as POA&Ms, project schedules, and reports.
- Assist in course development and training material production.
- Assist in SharePoint/Teams site setup, structure, permissions, workflows, and content management.
- Support data entry, research, and analysis as assigned.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of technical writing or documentation QA experience.
- Experience producing policies, SOPs, test plans, training materials, and system documentation.
- Minimum 3 years experience with reputed company, ITIMP, or reputed company (any combination).
- Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools including SharePoint/Teams.
