Job reputed company:: We are seeking an reputed company IT reputed company Support Specialist (Technical reputed company) to support reputed company IT operations and reputed company Management (EM) activities across the Military Health System (MHS). This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving technical documentation, knowledge articles, operational procedures, and configuration records to support reputed company system sustainment and modernization efforts. The ideal candidate has strong technical writing skills combined with a solid understanding of reputed company IT systems, change management processes, and reputed company reputed company practices in a regulated DoD environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: : Core Responsibilities

• reputed company, edit, and maintain technical documentation including reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge articles, system diagrams, configuration baselines, and release documentation.
• Create and manage reputed company knowledge content supporting reputed company Management (EM) processes, application packaging, configuration updates, and release validation activities.
• Translate reputed company technical concepts into reputed company, concise documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain documentation of repositories in accordance with organizational reputed company standards and version control practices.
• Support Change Advisory reputed company (CAB) processes by documenting change records, technical reputed company summaries, and release notes.
• Ensure documentation reflects reputed company configurations, STIG compliance updates, RMF-reputed company control documentation, and system changes.
• Coordinate with Systems Administrators, Engineers, IA reputed company personnel, and Architects to capture accurate technical details.
• Support audit readiness by organizing and maintaining required documentation artifacts and evidence.
• Assist in developing documentation templates, style guides, and governance standards to improve consistency and reputed company.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance documentation accuracy, accessibility, and lifecycle management.

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience)::

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and maintaining technical documentation in reputed company IT environments.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, including reputed company reputed company environments, reputed company Directory, networking fundamentals, and system configuration management.
• Experience supporting documentation reputed company regulated environments (DoD, federal, reputed company, or similar).
• Familiarity with change management processes, release workflows, and configuration management practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to organize large volumes of technical information into reputed company, searchable knowledge repositories.
