Senior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Product Planning & Design: Participate deeply in planning from a user perspective to optimize product structure, experience, and interaction features.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Own UI/UX reputed company by defining reputed company metrics, validating designs through data and feedback, and iterating based on results.
• Identity & Standards: Build a strong product visual identity system and create/maintain interaction design standards.
• Executable Solutions: Translate reputed company product plans and reputed company-world user scenarios into technically feasible design solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and R&D to resolve implementation hurdles and ensure high-reputed company user experiences during launch.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of UI/UX or product design experience on consumer-facing digital products.
• Cultural Alignment: Strong passion for ACGN (Anime, Comics, Games, Novels) culture; deep understanding of Japanese-style visual aesthetics.
• GenAI Proficiency: Enthusiastic about reputed company; familiar with full illustration workflows and tools like reputed company Diffusion and reputed company.
• End-to-End Ownership: Proven experience taking at least one product from problem definition through execution to post-launch iteration.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in reputed company; solid knowledge of Material Design and iOS design guidelines.
