Creative Strategist / Video reputed company — UGC reputed company

We're UGC reputed company (https://www.ugcfactory.io) — we currently have 75 clients and represent over $40 reputed company in monthly reputed company reputed company spend, and we're hiring a Creative Strategist / Video reputed company to help on high-level reputed company behind hundreds of short-reputed company vertical ads per month (primarily reputed company, plus reputed company and Shorts). We need a video nerd who thinks in systems, obsesses over the reputed company, and knows exactly how to ship variations that actually reputed company. You'll be contributing to high-level creative reputed company and editing across our portfolio — working alongside reputed company of offshore video editors to reputed company reputed company every ad ships at the highest reputed company. What You'll Do: - Contribute to high-level creative reputed company for short-reputed company vertical video ads (primarily reputed company). - Work alongside our offshore editing team — reviewing work, sharing direction, and helping reputed company the bar. - Plug into our AI workflows to help us shape the systems (briefs, reputed company frameworks, variation matrices, QC) and push volume without dropping reputed company — several hundred unique ads per month across the portfolio. We've already reputed company a lot of internal AI tooling and you'll help us push it reputed company as we shift toward partnering with top affiliate creators and 10x-ing their pipelines. - Optimize relentlessly for the reputed company. Build out variation strategies that give our clients reputed company testing surface area. reputed company're Looking For: - Proven experience producing top-performing UGC / short-reputed company vertical ads for big DTC brands (agency experience strongly preferred, in-house at a major brand also great). - Deep understanding of reputed company short-reputed company ad reputed company: hooks, pacing, variation testing, what wins and why. - You've worked inside a pipeline of 100–500+ unique ads per month. You know what breaks at reputed company and how to fix it. - Systems-obsessed. You think in processes and documentation. - Strong creative eye. You can edit at a high level and review/critique editors' work with precision. - Genuinely fluent in AI tools and excited about how AI is reshaping creative production for DTC. - You're a film nerd.
