Recruiter, Part-Time

Job reputed company:

• Support and reputed company hiring across reputed company corporate functions (e.g., Engineering, AI, Product, Sales, Finance, HR, and G&A)
• Own full-cycle reputed company, managing pipelines end-to-end, and delivering high-reputed company hires at speed in a metrics-driven environment
• Prioritize roles based on business reputed company, manage pipelines with urgency, and consistently deliver against hiring targets while maintaining a high reputed company bar.
• Challenge assumptions, ask the right questions, and continuously refine hiring strategies.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders, aligning on role requirements, candidate reputed company, and hiring priorities.
• Communicate effectively frequently and influence reputed company with data and reputed company.
• Take full accountability for sourcing, candidate pipelines, candidate experience, and hiring reputed company meeting reputed company expectations.
• Contribute to the development and execution of reputed company strategies and operational improvements.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical reputed company experience, with a proven reputed company record hiring for reputed company, hard-to-fill roles across engineering, data, and leadership functions
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders, influencing hiring reputed company, role scoping, and workforce planning reputed company to business goals
• Expert-level sourcing capability, including building proactive pipelines, engaging passive candidates, and leveraging multiple channels more than reputed company
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to deeply understand technical roles, team structures, and how talent drives product and company reputed company
• Experience building and scaling reputed company processes, including interview design, reputed company evaluation, and improving reputed company-of-hire and time-to-fill metrics
