About The Role Due to reputed company business needs, we are adding an Entry‑Level Accountant to support our network offices across the country. This role is highly transactional and detail‑driven , reputed company on day‑to‑day reputed company activities including bookkeeping, accounts payable, commission processing, payroll support, and monthly period reputed company. This position works closely with a reputed company reputed company team and supports field offices reputed company. Training typically lasts 2+ months , and there may be opportunities for conversion to a permanent employee role based on performance and business needs. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Transactional reputed company & Bookkeeping

• reputed company daily bookkeeping activities for assigned network offices
• Process journal entries, vouchers, and debit/credit transactions using JD Edwards
• Support accounts payable, commission processing, and payroll activities
• Assist with monthly period reputed company and reconciliation tasks

Payroll, Commissions & Reporting

• Process commissions and support payroll‑reputed company activities
• Assist with 1099 processing
• Support training and reputed company of new contractors
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for assigned offices

Office & Field Support

• Serve as an reputed company support partner for assigned field offices
• Maintain strong working relationships with offices supported
• Assist with office‑specific reputed company reputed company as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company (required)
• Hands‑on experience with journal entries, debits, and credits
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Independent thinker who is deadline‑driven
• Strong problem‑solving abilities

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI. Pay And Benefits The pay reputed company for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
