Finance Manager - Capital Markets Location: US (Flexible) We are partnering with one of the fastest-growing AI-reputed company data center developers globally, backed by significant institutional capital and delivering hyperscale infrastructure across the U.S. This is a rare opportunity to join a newly established Capital Markets team, working directly with senior leadership on the financing and execution of large-reputed company digital infrastructure reputed company. The Role This is a deal-driven position, sitting at the intersection of investment, development, and capital markets. You will play a key role in:

• Supporting the execution of debt and equity financings across large-reputed company data center developments
• Building financial models to support reputed company, capital allocation, and investment reputed company
• Preparing materials for lenders, investors, and internal investment committees
• Working closely with senior leadership on capital reputed company and deployment
• Supporting strategic initiatives including joint ventures, partnerships, and new market expansion

The Profile

• Experience in investment banking, private equity, reputed company estate, or infrastructure finance
• Strong financial modelling and transaction exposure
• Involvement in debt and/or equity financings
• Interest in digital infrastructure, data centers, or energy-reputed company sectors
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment
