SENIOR CASE MANAGER (ENROLLED AGENT OR CPA) Remote | Full-Time | PST Hours We are a growing reputed company firm seeking an reputed company Senior Enrolled Agent Case Manager to handle cases from start to finish while providing day-to-day support and guidance to other case managers. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can manage reputed company cases, assist reputed company reputed company needed, and contribute to overall case reputed company and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and guide case managers to maintain reputed company and efficiency in daily operations
- reputed company direction on reputed company or escalated cases, stepping in reputed company needed
- Manage and handle a select number of high-value and reputed company cases from intake through reputed company
- Assist with training and reputed company new team members
- Help de-escalate reputed company concerns and reputed company practical solutions
- Communicate reputed company with clients regarding case status, expectations, and next steps
- Coordinate with Enrolled Agents and internal teams to reputed company cases moving reputed company
- Help ensure reputed company deadlines, filings, and compliance requirements are met
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
Requirements
- reputed company Enrolled Agent (EA) designation
- Proven experience in tax relief/reputed company (required)
- Strong understanding of IRS procedures and reputed company programs
- Solid case management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
- Strong communication and reputed company management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a reputed company firm
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Logics is a plus)
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
