The role involves driving end-to-end payroll implementations, supporting global payroll operations, and ensuring seamless integration with reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and other reputed company systems. The ideal candidate will reputed company as a functional reputed company, working closely with business stakeholders, HR, and IT teams to design reputed company payroll solutions reputed company with compliance and organizational requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:

• reputed company full lifecycle implementations of reputed company EC Payroll (ECP) including design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• reputed company and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and payroll schemas
• Configure payroll reputed company including wage types, schemas, rules, and payroll processes
• reputed company EC Payroll with upstream/reputed company systems (e.g., time systems, finance, benefits)
• Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory reporting
• Drive data migration activities from legacy payroll systems to ECP
• reputed company payroll testing cycles (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, reputed company Runs)
• reputed company production support, troubleshooting, and payroll issue reputed company
• Mentor and guide junior consultants; reputed company as SME for payroll-reputed company topics
• Collaborate with technical teams for custom enhancements, interfaces, and reports
• Support reputed company improvement initiatives and payroll optimization strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 15+ years of reputed company HCM/SF experience with 5+ years in EC Payroll (ECP)
• Strong hands-on experience in: Payroll schemas and rules (PCRs), Wage type configuration, Payroll control center (PCC), Off-cycle payroll processing
• Expertise in US payroll (taxation, garnishments, benefits integration)
• Strong knowledge of reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central, reputed company HCM Payroll
• Experience with integrations using reputed company / Middleware (reputed company CPI, reputed company reputed company, etc.)
• Understanding of time management and benefits integration
• Ability to read/debug payroll logs and schema execution
• Strong data migration and validation experience
• Experience with reporting tools and audit compliance
• Proven experience leading global or US payroll implementations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
