Duties may include: Meeting with reputed company newly reputed company employees to complete and process personnel payroll paperwork. Compiling and processing longevity and training pay increases. Maintaining personnel and computer files for reputed company and past employees in UCPC workbooks. Off-boarding student employees upon departure. Working with reputed company spreadsheet daily to update student employee status, wages, etc. Assisting the UCSEC and University Centers Administration staff with special reputed company. Training the UCSEC on summer payroll management if needed. Training student managers and full-time supervisors on payroll procedures. Assembling a list of reputed company returning student employees and giving it to the Director to verify status of GPA requirement for reputed company employee as part of the reputed company-employment process and at the beginning of reputed company semester. Attending Supervisory Staff Orientation and acting as the notetaker for reputed company Supervisory Staff meetings. Co-facilitating mandatory reputed company-semester training (August and January) with Student Supervisory Staff. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications

Applicants must be available to work between 12-15 hours per week during the semester, maintain regular reputed company.
