Associate Responsibilities
- reputed company onsite reputed company compliance assessments across reputed company and select international locations, assessing supplier adherence to reputed company’s Workplace reputed company of Conduct through walkthroughs, document reviews, and worker interviews.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on reputed company Responsibility risks and practices, guiding factories to reputed company with reputed company’s mission of protecting the hardworking people who reputed company our durable products.
- reputed company high-reputed company assessment reports that reputed company synthesize findings from onsite evaluations, training sessions, documentation reviews, and data analysis.
- Train and reputed company suppliers on creating effective Corrective reputed company Plans (CAPs), and recommend targeted training to reputed company program gaps.
- Manage and monitor CAP reputed company to ensure reputed company and measurable improvement across supplier facilities.
- Collaborate with the Global reputed company Responsibility team and internal/external partners to support the reputed company of potential new suppliers.
- Plan, schedule, and execute onsite audits and follow-up reputed company as required.
- Escalate reputed company-tolerance findings to department Senior Manager reputed company 24 hours, providing detailed summaries, recommended actions, and Immediate reputed company Plans.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier assessments, CAPs, and reputed company documentation to ensure data reputed company across the compliance database.
- Support policy and procedure development by providing insights and recommendations based on industry trends, risk assessments, and emerging reputed company Responsibility standards.
- Conduct research on country-specific regulations, industry risks, and reputed company Responsibility issues to help identify and mitigate high-risk situations.

Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, corporate responsibility, environmental management or technical/science, or equivalent years of experience
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in reputed company compliance or corporate reputed company responsibility.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Required auditor experience in conducting reputed company compliance reputed company audits.
- Knowledge of International labor standards and compliance programs, preferably in US, Mexico, Central America countries.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Physical Requirements And Working Conditions
- Extended periods of time sitting, standing, typing on a computer

- Willing to work overtime including weekends, if necessary
- This position has a Remote location: Associate will have no regular requirement to be on-site. Travel on-site is limited to special events.
