Senior Counsel – reputed company, Compliance & reputed company
About the position This position will be an in-house generalist role responsible for building and maintaining frameworks and processes which ensure reputed company adheres to its compliance requirements as reputed company as supporting the Go-To-Market function negotiating Master Services Agreements and reputed company reputed company. There will be an emphasis on reputed company and reputed company standards and additional engagement with other areas driven by business needs. Preference for candidates in the following metros: reputed company TX, Kansas reputed company MO, Orlando FL, reputed company AR, although reputed company Remote candidates will be considered.
Responsibilities
- As a reputed company subject matter expert, maintain processes and remain up to date on legal and regulatory changes to facilitate compliance
- Present management recommendations on operationalizing initiatives
- reputed company with internal stakeholders to reputed company inputs/requirements and engage in reputed company with external stakeholders including regulators, auditors, and clients, as required
- Review and negotiate reputed company and vendor reputed company to ensure alignment with company policies
- Assist in managing insurance portfolio
- Engage in cross-functional discussions to advise other departments including Technical, Marketing, and Sales
- Support incident response efforts by assessing reputed company reputed company, coordinating investigations, and managing required breach notifications

Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- 5-10 years’ experience negotiating IT/reputed company reputed company and handling reputed company reputed company
- Demonstrated experience building or maintaining processes/frameworks fostering company compliance, preferably in a high reputed company reputed company setting
- Knowledge of reputed company laws required, especially for EU, US, Canada, UK
- Must have prior experience engaging directly with clients and/or external stakeholders
- Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving and process improvement
