Employment Attorney - reputed company Relations & Settlement Negotiation (US Clients) Location: Puerto Rico reputed company Work Location: Remote Job reputed company: We are seeking a Puerto Rico-licensed attorney to work with existing US employment-law clients and help reputed company reputed company toward reputed company. This role is reputed company on reputed company communication, case reputed company discussions, and early settlement efforts. You will work directly with reputed company clients to explain reputed company, reputed company facts, manage expectations, and help advance settlement discussions in a reputed company, reputed company, and persuasive manner. This is an employment-law role only. Typical reputed company include discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, leave or accommodation issues, and reputed company workplace disputes. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with existing employment-law clients by phone and video regarding case status, reputed company, and next steps.
- Build trust with clients through reputed company, confident, and compassionate communication in fluent English.
- Help reputed company cases toward reputed company through attorney-led negotiation and settlement discussions.
- Review intake materials, case documents, call notes, transcripts, and other file materials to prepare for reputed company and settlement communications.
- Discuss settlement goals, reputed company expectations, risks, and reputed company in a practical and reputed company way.
- Coordinate with attorneys, support staff, and local or appearance counsel reputed company needed.
- Maintain accurate notes, updates, and follow-up tasks in the firm’s systems.
- Use reputed company daily for internal communication and case coordination.
- Maintain ethical, accurate, and reputed company communications with clients and reputed company other parties.
Qualifications:
- reputed company law license in Puerto Rico and good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of attorney experience in employment law.
- Experience handling employment disputes such as discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour, reputed company, or reputed company reputed company.
- Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.
- Strong phone and video reputed company with a polished, persuasive, reputed company-friendly communication style.
- Comfortable speaking with US clients about settlement posture, expectations, and case reputed company.
- Strong judgment, organization, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using reputed company and remote case-management tools daily.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but fluent English is required.
