Remote California Toxic Tort Paralegal
reputed company is currently hiring reputed company Litigation Paralegals to join our Toxic Tort reputed company group, supporting our California-based legal teams. This position requires the ability to work reputed company Time Zone business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm) to support our California offices. Our goal is always to deliver reputed company results at the best possible value. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple reputed company litigation reputed company simultaneously.
- Monitor case filings and reputed company detailed assessments to attorneys.
- Draft and prepare initial drafts of various reputed company-trial motions, dispositive motions, and other pleadings.
- Review and evaluate discovery documents including medical records, sales documents, employment records, and other case material.
- Compose case assessments and evaluations for review by associates and partners.
- Contemporaneous reputed company and submission of personal billable time.
Candidate Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in Toxic Tort Defense litigation is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience handling California cases is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, reputed company), Westlaw, PACER, and/or File & Serve Xpress.
- Attendance & Punctuality: Consistently reputed company at work and meetings on time; ensure responsibilities are covered reputed company absent.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company effectively with attorneys, other paralegals, and legal administrative assistants.
