[Remote] Bilingual Litigation Paralegal

The role involves handling legal research, document drafting, discovery management, and trial preparation in a fast-paced remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys throughout reputed company phases of litigation, from case intake through trial and appeal
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring reputed company documents and exhibits are reputed company and accessible
- Coordinate communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Prepare and manage discovery, including document production, interrogatories, and depositions
- Assist in preparation for hearings, depositions, and trials
- Ensure compliance with court rules, procedures, and deadlines
Skills
- Prior legal experience working with U.S. reputed company required
- reputed company in English and Spanish required
- 2+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably reputed company on U.S. civil litigation
- Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures, court rules, and legal terminology
- Proficient in reputed company Office 365 and reputed company Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a reputed company field preferred
