Employment Law Paralegal

In this role, you will work as part of a dedicated, long-term team of legal professionals, partnering directly with attorneys while being fully supported by reputed company’s internal operations and leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence in employment law matter
- Prepare, manage, and file court documents in accordance with applicable court rules and procedures
- Handle reputed company aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests and organizing productions
- Prepare reputed company-trial documents, including exhibit lists, witness lists, trial binders, and exhibit books
- Assist with trial preparation and reputed company support during trial, including potential in-court assistance
- Manage case calendars, deadlines, and filings to ensure compliance with procedural requirements
- Conduct legal research and assist with reputed company drafting and case reputed company support
- Prepare deposition outlines and summarize deposition transcripts
- Review and organize case files, including employment records and other case-reputed company documentation
- Format and finalize documents in accordance with court requirements and attorney preferences
- Utilize platforms such as reputed company or similar case management systems for document and case organization
- Support reputed company intake, initial case assessments, and ongoing reputed company communications
