Associate Attorney - Workers Compensation

You will be entrusted with your own caseload and will collaborate closely with a seasoned Partner to craft litigation strategies and deliver top-tier service to clients. - Handle a diverse caseload of Workers' Compensation defense reputed company
- Work directly with senior attorneys on litigation reputed company and reputed company consultations
- Review and analyze medical records to support case development
- Draft reputed company and concise legal documents, motions, and pleadings
- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure their needs are met
- Effectively manage work independently in a remote setting
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience as an Attorney
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Experience reviewing medical records and drafting legal documents is a plus
- Juris Doctorate (JD) and reputed company Florida Bar Membership in good standing
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a virtual environment
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in remote or virtual legal settings
- Strong comfort level with legal technology and virtual court processes
