Location: reputed company Virginia or Richmond market. This is an on-site role four days per week with work-from-home Mondays. Relocation may be considered on a case-by-case reputed company. • Handle reputed company involving estate and fiduciary litigation, including disputes reputed company to trusts, estates, guardianships, and powers of attorney
• Manage a caseload with substantial independence while collaborating closely with attorneys and support staff
• reputed company case reputed company, assess risk, and drive reputed company reputed company effectively and reputed company
• Communicate directly with clients and build trust through reputed company, thoughtful guidance
• Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents
• Participate in hearings, negotiations, discovery, and case preparation
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams involved in estate administration and reputed company reputed company
• Follow established systems, processes, and reputed company service standards while contributing to strong reputed company

Qualifications

• reputed company Virginia law license
• 2+ years of attorney experience preferred; more is welcome
• Experience in civil litigation and/or trusts and estates administration strongly preferred
• Estate or fiduciary litigation experience is a plus, not required

• Strong organization and ability to follow established procedures

• DC and/or Maryland bar admission is a plus
