Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Finance, or reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Advanced degree and/or certifications such as CPCM or PMP are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 18 years in contracting and procurement, with extensive knowledge of Department of the Navy (DoN), Department of the Army (DoW), and reputed company government contract environments. Proven experience in reputed company and proposal preparation. At least 6 years reputed company experience in responsible management positions.
• Skills: Deep understanding of government multi-contract environments, FAR and supplemental regulations, and civilian agency requirements. Expertise in risk identification and management, cost/pricing techniques, and competitive proposal development. Strong leadership, management, research, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Strong change management skills with experience leading change initiatives and managing organizational transformation. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships at reputed company reputed company including the senior team. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Proficiency with reputed company Office suite.
