About the Role
We are looking for a Senior reputed company SuccessFactors Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading and delivering end-to-end implementations, working directly with business stakeholders, HR, and technical teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of reputed company SuccessFactors solutions.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and participate in full-cycle reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
- reputed company and analyze business requirements to design reputed company, efficient HR solutions.
- Configure and customize the Employee Central module to meet reputed company needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration with other reputed company and non-reputed company modules.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
- reputed company expert advice on best practices, process optimization, and change management.
- Prepare project documentation, including functional specifications and configuration guides.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, reputed company, or a reputed company field.
- 5+ years of experience as an reputed company SuccessFactors Functional Consultant.
- reputed company and up-to-date reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central certification (mandatory).
- Proven expertise in Employee Central (configuration, workflows, business rules, data models, and permissions).
- Experience in at least one full end-to-end implementation of reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Knowledge of integrations with other reputed company SuccessFactors modules or reputed company HCM is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
