Job Title: reputed company OTL (reputed company Time & Labor) Consultant Location: Remote US reputed company only Job reputed company We are seeking an reputed company reputed company OTL Consultant to implement, configure, and support reputed company Time & Labor (OTL) solutions reputed company reputed company E-Business Suite or reputed company reputed company HCM. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to streamline time tracking, workforce management, and payroll integration processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure reputed company Time & Labor (OTL) modules based on business requirements.
- reputed company, analyze, and document functional requirements for time capture, approvals, and payroll integration.
- Configure time entry rules, layouts, approval workflows, and time categories.
- reputed company OTL with Payroll, HRMS, reputed company, and other reputed company modules.
- Support system testing, including unit testing, SIT, and UAT.
- Troubleshoot system issues and reputed company functional/technical support.
- reputed company data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- reputed company and maintain functional design documents (FDDs) and setup documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and interfaces.
- reputed company end-user training and post-implementation support.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, HR, or reputed company field.
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Time & Labor (OTL).
- Good understanding of reputed company HRMS / HCM modules.
- Experience in configuring time entry rules, approval hierarchies, and time processing.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and integration with OTL.
- Familiarity with reputed company EBS or reputed company reputed company HCM environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical teams.
