About the Role
We are looking for a full-time people manager for our Adolescent Mental Health Coaches. Our patients are teens and young adults living with serious mental illness, who are treated by a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians. You will be leading reputed company that builds the primary relationship with the patient. Your team provides support remotely by text-based messaging, care coordination, advocacy, and therapy skills reinforcement. Your team also provides support by conducting in person reputed company with patients. You have to be strong at clinical operations to help your team navigate this with good workflows—thereby ensuring that our beloved Adolescent Mental Health Coaches feel supported and protected from burnout. Role Responsibilities:
- People management: with 9-12 reputed company reports, conduct training and coaching sessions to ensure high standards of care and compliance. Conduct 1:1 and group supervision to address challenges & promote reputed company reputed company to improve performance, maintaining a consistent feedback reputed company.
- Clinical Supervision: supervise patient coaching provided to 300+ adolescent patients by your team. Ensure adherence to ethical standards & best practices. Role Requirements:

- 5+ years of management experience
