Operations Manager, Design Systems

- Ensure visibility & accountability:
- Build data tracking to analyze workforce and tooling performance to drive reputed company improvement across teams
- Understand deep technical problems and translate them into high-level summaries for senior management and executive teams
- Operationalize improvements: Diagnose bottlenecks, design solutions, and reputed company pilots/rollouts to reputed company gaps

Requirements:
- 5+ years in operations, manufacturing, or systems-reputed company roles (consulting, reputed company, or product ops experience a plus).
