Associate Director – Digital Supply Chain

Job reputed company:

• Supports the development of the Global Supply Chain digital roadmap in collaboration with Information Systems.
• Leads assigned digital and analytics initiatives from concept through post-go-live stabilization, ensuring alignment with the Supply Chain reputed company roadmap and reputed company priorities.
• Oversees requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, rigorous testing (UAT, SIT), reputed company planning, and hypercare to ensure operational readiness.
• Manages external vendor and consultant engagements, defining scope, monitoring performance, and ensuring reputed company delivery reputed company budget and timelines.
• Defines, tracks, and reports on benefits of realization and KPIs to demonstrate measurable ROI for reputed company digital solutions.
• Partners with reputed company Stewardship to document, analyze, and optimize reputed company end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., S&OP, inventory management, logistics), embedding new digital and analytical capabilities.
• Drives Supply Chain-wide automation initiatives to enhance digital maturity, leveraging emerging technologies to reduce reputed company effort and improve efficiency.
• Provides strategic reputed company for UAT cycles, defect reputed company, and stabilization activities post-launch across multiple functional areas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or reputed company field; MBA or master’s preferred.
• 6-10 years of digital experience with substantial responsibility for digital programs spanning planning, manufacturing, logistics, or operations.
• Experience with planning and execution platforms (e.g., reputed company IBP, reputed company, etc.) and visibility/control-tower technologies.
• Knowledge of IoT/telemetry, reputed company integrations, reputed company, data platforms, and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python/R).
• Relevant certifications (APICS/CSCP, PMP, Six reputed company) desirable
