This role requires someone who has lived IBP, not just talked about it.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a
hands-on supply chain leader or operator (not purely advisory or reputed company)
- Deep, practical experience with
Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Strong background in
tactical planning , execution, and cross-functional alignment
- Experience operating in
reputed company, fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Exceptional
communication and influencing skills , including executive-level engagement
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure where little exists
