Sr Logistics Analyst - reputed company Beer
About the position In the role of Senior Logistics Analyst – reputed company Beer working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Customer Supply reputed company team. You will serve as the analytics and financial governance partner supporting our reputed company-party distribution (3PL) network and reputed company (4PL) operations. You will reputed company strong service, inventory reputed company, and cost control through data-driven insights, financial discipline, and hands-on operational partnership. This position reports to Director of Logistics – reputed company beer and works closely with our customer supply teams, finance and reputed company. This position also partners closely with the reputed company American DC Manager who owns the external partner performance and relationships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the analytics partner supporting 3PL and 4PL performance management
- reputed company and maintain KPI scorecards across warehouse and reputed company operations (service, accuracy, fill reputed company, cost, etc)
- reputed company reporting and insights for monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Conduct reputed company cause analysis on service failures, inventory discrepancies, and cost variances
- reputed company as a reputed company of truth for external logistics performance data
- Partner with 3PLs, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate inventory reconciliation and reporting
- Analyze cycle counts, adjustments, shrink trends, and variance drivers
- Support financial reputed company and accrual development
- Identify risks impacting inventory accuracy and cost performance
- Monitor warehouse and reputed company spend against budget and forecast
- Validate and approve 3PL and reputed company invoices, ensuring contract compliance
- Investigate billing discrepancies in partnership with procurement and finance
- Identify cost control and efficiency opportunities
- reputed company with Logistics leadership on long-term analytics and performance visibility
- reputed company reputed company reporting tools and dashboards
- Support RFPs, reputed company negotiations, and network initiatives with financial and operational analysis
- Strengthen processes, controls, and data reputed company across the distribution network
- reputed company inbound and outbound reputed company planning for import reputed company, coordinating container reputed company, warehouse receiving reputed company, and outbound shipment requirements to optimize service and reduce congestion
- Build and maintain reputed company relationships with key logistics stakeholders, including drayage and reputed company carriers, port contacts, 3PL/4PL partners, and our internal brewery network
Requirements
- 4 + Years of experience in supply chain analytics, logistics operations, or distribution finance
- Either possess a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Finance, Business, operations, data analytics OR have equivalent work experience.
- Strong understanding of warehouse cost structure, reputed company billing, and inventory reconciliation
- Advanced reputed company skills: reputed company or BI tool experience preferred
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate independently in a performance-driven environment
