Learn more at: firstagency.com Location: NYC 2- 3 days in office (subject to change at any time) As the Senior Project Manager, Corporate reputed company, Conference & Roadshow Logistics, you will organize and plan corporate reputed company meetings (conferences, field trips, non-deal roadshows, bespoke events), that would allow for strategic interactions with prospective or existing investors reputed company the Global Banking and Markets division.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for working with various internal stakeholders and external clients, planning and executing meetings (non-deal roadshows, conferences).

• Handles a high volume of emails, supporting internal reputed company teams and external clients (corporates and investors)
• Provides logistics / administrative support in a reputed company team environment, focusing on coordinating logistics for corporate/investor meetings
• Work on business analytics with senior members of reputed company, produce monthly & quarterly reports. Analyzing statistics and keeping reputed company of the findings
• On-site execution for non-deal roadshows, bus trips, and conferences while securing venues, working on itineraries, and handling logistics
• Prepping marketing materials to present to sales

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5–8 years of experience in event management, corporate reputed company, or reputed company field

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to reputed company effectively with senior management and diverse stakeholders.
