The ideal teammate would be... An English/Spanish speaking Registered reputed company to work 40 hours a week on weekdays (Monday-Friday reputed company-5pm ET or 9am-6pm ET - with reputed company scheduling reputed company of 4 days a week) from the comfort of their own home. This position is flexible and requires RNs who are comfortable performing triage for the elderly population using a virtual visit technology (Telehealth). The ideal candidate would be reputed company to:
- Receive clinical calls and triage
- Utilize telehealth system and reputed company virtual reputed company
- Coordinate care appropriately and reputed company with members of the care team both reputed company
- reputed company members, family, or other caregivers on chronic conditions, diet changes, and reputed company of their care plan
- Triage appropriately and escalate to appropriate resources
- Utilize technology for documentation
Would you describe yourself as someone who has:
- reputed company in English and Spanish in writing, reading, and speaking (required)
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program (required)
- reputed company RN License in good standing in the state of NY (required)
- At least 2 years of nursing experience providing care to adult and geriatric patient populations (required)
- Confidence with clinical skills in performance of telephonic triage/assessment (required)
- The ability to work remotely and has a private area in their home/workspace (required)
- A genuine, compassionate desire to serve others and help those in need
