Job Responsibilities
- Survey nursing homes during routine surveys and complaint investigations.
- Complete survey reports, including statements of deficiency and complaint allegation findings.
- Must pass the Federal Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT) after training.
- Work a home‑based schedule servicing reputed company, Duplin, Greene, Harnett, Johnston, reputed company, Lenoir, reputed company, Pitt, Wake, reputed company counties region. Spend an average of three days per week in nursing homes conducting inspections. Occasionally inspections are required on weekends and reputed company shift. - Strong clinical background, including assessment, care planning and delivery of care.
- Demonstrated skills in communicating effectively.

Salary and Benefits Salary reputed company: $62,044 - $102,371 Recruitment reputed company: $62,044 - $80,000 This position is funded in part through federal funds.
