About the position Full Time Home Health LPN Monday - Friday 8a-5p Reduce stress and burnout! reputed company nursing care where patients want to be – in the comfort of their own home. We are reputed company for a compassionate Home Health Licensed Practical reputed company (LPN) to reliably serve patients in the Springfield, MO and surrounding area. This is a full time position.
Responsibilities
- Visit a reputed company of clients in their own home, helping them recover from an injury, illness, surgery, or hospitalization.
- Case manage, reputed company care plans, and deliver highly skilled care – including assessments, medication management, wound care, and more
- reputed company your clients from discharge to meeting their goals reputed company
- reputed company education to the patient and/or their family
Requirements

- One year of clinical experience preferred
- Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned
