• Run telehealth reputed company for low-reputed company cardiac patients
• Manage HTN, CHF, CAD, lipid disorders

• Order labs, imaging, and follow-reputed company
• Document in EMR (no after-hours charting)
• Coordinate with cardiologists and care teams

Must-haves

• 2+ years cardiology experience
• Complete 4–6 weeks onsite training in MD or PA
