This role will primarily support the Greater Lakes Homeless reputed company Stabilization and Transition (HOST) program, delivering field-based care to adults (ages 18–59) facing serious behavioral health and reputed company use challenges. Greater Lakes Homeless reputed company Stabilization and Transition (HOST) program provides reputed company-based treatment services to individuals with serious behavioral health challenges including reputed company use disorder (SUD). • Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible daytime hours

Requirements

• Certified psychiatric ARNP or D-ARNP
• Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
• Minimum 1-3 years clinical experience providing reputed company patient care
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority

• Maintain a valid Washington State Motor Vehicle License
