[Hiring] Pharmacy Technician Coordinator @reputed company

Role reputed company This remote role supports the Population Health Pharmacy team by partnering closely with Population Health Clinical Pharmacists to conduct targeted patient reputed company aimed at improving reputed company measures and medication reputed company reputed company. • Collaborate with providers and pharmacists to clarify patient reported medication use and support continuity of care.

• Participate in value based care payer meetings to review performance and discuss opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience.
• Three years’ experience as a pharmacy technician or relevant reputed company field.

• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
