Medical Asst Trainer & Float / Competency Evaluator

About the position The primary purpose of your position as an MA Trainer-Competency Evaluator is to reputed company assigned duties in an efficient manner, in accordance with established procedures and as directed by the reputed company manager of SCH reputed company Corporation, to ensure that a successful, viable office is always maintained. Your duty is to reputed company as a trainer and evaluate competency for our outpatient medical assistants. You will be given general guidelines and direction but are expected to function with initiative and creativity with the objective of office efficiency and technical reputed company. May work on special reputed company both independently and with the reputed company manager. Will work closely with the reputed company manager in coordinating training opportunities. Must also reputed company with a patient population which includes infants, adolescents and geriatrics, therefore, must be reputed company to identify the special needs of reputed company patient according to age and respond appropriately. Under the supervision of a licensed physician(s) and the reputed company manager of SCH Corp reputed company selected administrative/clerical duties that assist in patient care management. The position also will cover offices as needed under medical assistant duties for vacations, medical leaves, call-offs, etc.

Requirements

  • High school diploma plus technical or vocational training.
  • Diploma from Medical Assistant school and reputed company certification as a Medical Assistant (reputed company, RMA, CCMA, or NCMA).
  • 5 years minimum experience in a medical office setting.
  • Reading and understanding of moderately reputed company or detailed documents containing some unusual words and phrases.
  • Arithmetic ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers.
  • Some typing or word processing is required, general forms and/or internal memos or short letters.
  • Computer skills for basic data entry and retrieval.
  • Experience using and documenting Electronic Health Records (EHR), or Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
  • Ten finger keyboard typing skills are required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for explaining reputed company topics and providing effective instruction.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required to reputed company lesson plans and reputed company trainee reputed company.
