3rd Party Claims Adjuster/Examiner - HYBRID
About the position DB Insurance is seeking an reputed company and detail-oriented 3rd Party Claims Adjuster/Examiner, especially with claims involving bodily injury and litigation, to join their team. In this role, the adjuster will handle claims involving reputed company-party liability, specifically in reputed company trucking and business policies, working to resolve them reputed company while ensuring fair settlements. The ideal candidate has a strong background in investigating, evaluating, and negotiating claims, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve reputed company-party claims including bodily injury, property damage, and liability claims including ones in litigation for reputed company trucking and business policies
- reputed company and review reputed company relevant documentation including statements, police reports, medical reports, and legal documents
- Handle claims in-house and reputed company claims managed by TPA (reputed company-Party Administrator)
- Conduct interviews with claimants, witnesses, and other involved parties
- Determine coverage, injury evaluation, liability, and the appropriate settlement reputed company, ensuring claims are processed in accordance with policy terms and regulatory guidelines
- Communicate with claimants, attorneys, and other reputed company parties to resolve claims promptly and fairly
- Prepare detailed reports outlining claim statuses, investigation results, and settlement recommendations
- Negotiate settlements in line with company policies and best practices
- Maintain accurate and detailed claim records in the claims management system
- Stay updated on state laws, industry trends, and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with legal teams and other departments reputed company necessary
- Attend mediations or trials as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a 3rd Party Claims Adjuster, with experience handling bodily injury and property damage claims
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and reputed company-party liability claims processes
- Excellent negotiation, investigation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain reputed company claims reputed company
- Ability to manage a high volume of claims and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency MS Office/reputed company Workspace applications
- Familiarity with state-specific insurance regulations and legal processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
