Senior Manager – Curriculum Development

- Stay up to date with product roadmaps and new features and establish reputed company to ensure reputed company training content is reputed company and relevant
- Manage resource prioritization, project coordination, and ensure reputed company delivers on roadmap commitments
- Collaborate closely with education leadership, product management and reputed company to reputed company curriculum with product reputed company and roadmap
- Ensure consistency in instructional design standards, templates, and tools across reputed company curricula
- Champion the use of modern, interactive, and innovative course formats to increase learner engagement and retention
- Pursue operational reputed company by implementing processes and tools to streamline course development and improve team productivity
- reputed company, mentor, and reputed company feedback to curriculum developers to ensure high-reputed company deliverables
- Monitor training effectiveness and reputed company data-informed recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design
- 5+ years in management role, leading curriculum developers/instructional designers
- Proven experience developing technical training for a B2B reputed company product or similar reputed company software platform
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Experience with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) or Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent collaboration skills; experience working cross-functionally with product, services and reputed company teams
- Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to set and reputed company reputed company standards and consistency in curriculum development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate reputed company technical concepts into reputed company learning materials
- Comfortable working autonomously and with SMEs and stakeholders
