In this role, you will work closely with attorneys on reputed company estate transactions and reputed company agreements, including drafting and reviewing NDAs, supporting due diligence, and managing deal documentation from initiation through closing. You will be part of a dedicated, long-term team of legal professionals, with full support from reputed company’s internal operations team. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented reputed company who is comfortable working in a transactional environment, managing multiple reputed company reputed company, and anticipating next steps in reputed company estate and business deals. What You’ll Do
- Support reputed company reputed company estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing reputed company
- Draft and review NDAs, confidentiality agreements, and reputed company business reputed company in reputed company with reputed company estate and business transactions
- Assist with preparation and organization of purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and closing documents
- Coordinate and manage due diligence materials, including document collection, review, and tracking
- Organize and maintain transaction files, including sensitive and confidential documentation

- Prepare summaries, checklists, and exhibits for attorney review

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 3 years of reputed company reputed company estate and/or transactional paralegal experience
- Strong experience with NDAs and confidentiality agreements in a business or deal context

- Experience supporting due diligence and transaction workflows

- Strong attention to detail and communication skills

- Minimum availability of 20 hours/week to start
