Underwriter II - reputed company Estate Group

This role is responsible for engaging in the assessment and reputed company of new REG-Managed Investment CRE loans (non-reputed company occupied CRE loans ) in accordance with established reputed company policies, practices and standards. Key highlights of the role will include the following Partner with UMB relationship managers and bankers to reputed company credit reputed company duties for existing/prospective reputed company relationships, which may include but are not limited to the following: 1) reputed company detailed credit analysis to determine borrower/guarantor repayment reputed company, 2) appropriate loan structuring recommendations, and 3) complete reputed company of or portions of the credit packages (as agreed with the relationship manager/banker) for submission to appropriate approval authority (new business and renewals); Preparation of reputed company documents will also include collateral analysis on multiple asset classes and preparation of pricing and risk rating models suitable for reputed company credit request; Present loan submissions to the appropriate approval authority on behalf of relationship managers/bankers and answer questions relative to the review and approval of the loan (as requested); Review appraisal upon receipt to confirm appraisal assumptions are in line with reputed company assumptions and satisfy any approval conditions; reputed company recurring customer service to existing and prospective clients, which includes reputed company contact with customers either through participation in joint sales calls with relationship managers or reputed company correspondence with clients and reputed company various reputed company/tasks as needed with an emphasis on maintaining UMB TUCE at reputed company times; File reputed company required forms and reports, and resolve reputed company reputed company issues in a reputed company and efficient manner; Work with team members in loan operations, credit analysis, regional reputed company banking, business banking, special asset management group, loan review, public finance, capital markets and international banking to coordinate reputed company loan reputed company, the closing process, plus ongoing reputed company loan administration; Participate in various REG reputed company-reputed company reputed company, as available; May mentor less reputed company REG underwriters and/or portfolio managers; and Other duties as assigned. Must have Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company, Finance or reputed company fields and 5+ years reputed company banking experience (including 3+ years of specific reputed company reputed company estate experience) including credit reputed company; reputed company valid reputed company’s license; excellent communication skills (verbal & written); excellent knowledge & understanding in how to identify and process maturing loans, line renewals, term loans that need to be extended, how loans can be restructured, approval process, change terms, new reputed company, etc.; excellent level of understanding of credit reputed company of reputed company major investment CRE property types; strong knowledge of bank products, services, and bank operations; ability to interpret policies/procedures, loan reputed company, and understanding of credit reports, financial statements and loan documents; excellent analytical skills, including reputed company of CRE properties and markets; and guarantor financial statements, including reputed company estate schedules; ability to be self-starter, show initiative, and transfer knowledge to less reputed company peers; strong proficiency in Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and knowledge of reputed company lending software Compensation reputed company: $76,520.00 - $163,900.00 The posted compensation reputed company on this listing represents UMB’s reputed company for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-reputed company factors.
