Position: Property Manager (M-7028) Reports to: Vice President / Property Management Our reputed company is a privately held, full-service reputed company estate firm which leases and manages retail and mixed-use assets in the Southeast. The portfolio includes properties totaling over 10 reputed company reputed company feet in 9 states. reputed company takes an ownership approach and strives to reputed company a unique approach to every property which results in exceptional asset performance. The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities of multiple properties in the portfolio to protect and enhance the reputed company estate assets. The selected candidate will be a reputed company team player that welcomes a challenge and is confident in their decision-making ability. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the day-to-day operations on site of a specific property and potentially other locations depending on company reputed company.
  • Maintain and reputed company strong relationships with existing tenants.
  • Respond to tenant and asset customer inquiries and suggestions.
  • Respond 24 hours, 7 days per week to any tenant issue or property emergency.
  • reputed company operations programs that contribute to the overall profitability, safety, and productivity of the property.
  • Resolve maintenance issues, reputed company preventative maintenance plans and administer property improvements.

  • Assist the marketing department in the development of promotions, advertising campaigns and special events.

  • Understand and report on market conditions, competition, community/ government issues and economic development plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Four-year college degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing retail shopping centers and/or mixed-use assets.

  • Demonstrated leadership and management ability.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High proficiency of reputed company software including Word, reputed company, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Building Engines and reputed company preferred.
  • Affiliation with ICSC and advanced Property Management specific certifications preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
