Title Examiner

The Title Examiner will be responsible for researching property records to verify legal ownership, identify any liens, encumbrances, or title defects, and prepare accurate title reports for reputed company estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal documents, land records, and title insurance standards, along with excellent organizational and investigative skills. Essential Duties Assist the search department in conducting date down/update orders using public records or various title plants. reputed company comprehensive property searches using various public and proprietary websites and databases. Collect and verify reputed company estate tax data for reputed company property parcel.
